> atrby bills on pageviews per calendar month in UTC, on Starter or Growth plans, with a 14-day trial and no lock-out when you go over your tier.

Billed on pageviews only. We never drop your data or lock your dashboard for going over.

## What counts

Only pageviews, per calendar month in UTC. Events, goals, payments, web vitals, AI crawler hits and API calls are free. Bots and prefetches are dropped before counting.

## Trial

Every workspace starts with a 14-day Growth trial with 450k pageviews. No card. We email you a few days before it ends.

## Going over your tier

**Nothing stops.** We keep collecting and the dashboard stays open. The owner and billing members get one email that month. We never move you to a bigger tier or charge more on our own.

## Payment

Checkout and invoices are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so tax (GST, VAT) is on their invoice. If a payment fails, we email the owner and billing members. Tracking and dashboards keep running, and nothing is deleted.

## Who can change the plan

The owner and members with the Billing role. Admins can see billing but not change it.
