# Team and roles

> Workspaces have five roles, invitations that expire after 7 days, per-member site and revenue limits, and a single owner who cannot be removed.

Invite teammates and give each one only what they need.

## Roles

| Role | What they can do |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. One per workspace. |
| Admin | Everything except billing changes and ownership. |
| Analyst | All reports, plus funnels, goals and alerts. No settings. |
| Viewer | Reads reports. Revenue stays off unless you turn it on. |
| Billing | Plan, invoices and payment method only. No analytics. |

Settings → Team → Roles and permissions shows every screen each role can view or change.

## Invite someone

- Owners and admins invite from Settings → Team. You can paste several emails at once.
- Each person gets an email with a link that works for 7 days. They must sign in with the same email address.
- Only the owner can invite someone with the Billing role.

## Limit a member

Open a member to limit them to some sites. Analysts and viewers can also have revenue hidden; viewers start with revenue hidden.

## The owner

Each workspace has one owner, who can't be removed or changed to another role. Transferring ownership isn't available in the app yet; [email us](mailto:hello@atrby.site) to move it.
