Terms of service

The hosted service

• Plans are billed on pageviews, monthly or yearly, through Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Yearly billing is 10 months for 12.
• Your first 14 days are a trial with no card. Over your plan's pageview tier we keep collecting and never lock the dashboard; we ask you to move up.
• You own the data you send us and can export or delete it at any time.

The self-host licence

• The licence is a one-time payment of $59. It includes the downloads and updates we publish for as long as we offer the self-host licence.
• The licence key belongs to the buyer. Do not share, sell or publish it, or the copy it unlocks.
• Your copy runs in your own Cloudflare account, with costs you pay to Cloudflare and any other providers you connect. Your data stays there.
• Support is not included. You run your own copy and keep it up to date by running the install command again.
• We may revoke a licence that is shared or used against these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You tell your visitors that you use analytics, and you obtain any consent the law requires if you turn on cookie mode or session replay.
• You use atrby lawfully and do not send it content that is unlawful.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact
